[edit] New Cards?
Not sure how to put this in the proper place, but apparently theres a new collection called 'Subterranean Kingdom'. One card known so far, a bonus draw for the Forge (250)
[edit] Order?
Hey there... any chance we can re-vamp this page to be ordered by Date instead of by Collection? If folks want to see if there are any new cards available for a Collection, they can always go to that collection's page to find out; if they want to know what cards came out yesterday, however, this page is difficult to use for that. It seems that, in it's current order, this page is more-or-less presenting information already available, whereas re-ordered by date would be something else entirely. I'll happily do the re-order myself... :) - John 12:18, 08 Dec 2008 (EDT)
- Good point. If you wanna work on something (perhaps in the sandbox) go for it. Include some kind of outline on how it would be managed, what would need to get done on a daily basis and how it should generally look and as long as those particular objectives are (relatively) clear then I see no problem with it. I think there is a page out there that Rebecca put together that seeks to do something similar (if I'm not mistaken). *After a little research* It appears that I am mistaken. No dates were included and it really only focused on changes that were recently made (such as a pop-up made available in a market): Recent Card Changes -Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 01:44, 12 December 2008 (EST)
[edit] Removal of items
How long do you guys think items should stay up for? I think five days is a good amount of time, but right now I'm removing items that are up there for a week. Any thoughts or is five days long enough for items to be posted here? -Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 14:12, 21 May 2008 (EDT)
- I think 5 days makes sense. Most of the hardcore players already know about those cards and that point. And those that are catching up probably have a lot of other cards to get besides just the newest. - timdorr 14:22, 21 May 2008 (EDT)
[edit] So...
Good idea? Bad idea? I check at times if there are any new cards released, and I had to other look at the sets or look at the yap forum... I thought it might be useful to have a special page for it you can go to directly.
I mostly put the Americano there to illustrate the recipe version of the template.

- I like it. But what's that top bar for? Is it for when it was released because that time for the S&S isn't quite right. =) Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 14:48, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
Okay, I think that icon at the end is unnecessary. If we just put headers like in the possible recipes page it'll be pretty clear where each went to. And I think the 3 most recent items are good. =) Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 14:57, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
- I dunno, if we do that we lose the chronological order. People will still have to check manually under every header if a new card is released. They might then as well just look on the set page. But this way, they can just look at the top of the page, and we get a cool chronological list of card releases. Kirk 15:07, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
- Well how 'bout I update the page and have you look at it. I just did it real quickly and if it doesn't look good, it can be reverted back. You really don't have to "manually" check every header. USUALLY there's a maximum of two sets to work on. It'll still be chronological, just chronological by set. Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 15:12, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
- I updated it real quick. Like I said, it's easier to go back to the last edit if this isn't liked, but I think it looks good this way. Colin (Page | Talk | Pack) 15:14, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
- Hm. I guess I'm just a bit bummed that all my HTMLing would then be for nothing :P It looks ok, it's just another approach. I kinda like the idea of just a list. However, look at the front page. I edited to reflect an idea which I think is cool... it would benefit from the icon because it needs to be compact. I would definitely keep it to the last three on there though XD Kirk 15:17, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
- Well not ALL of your HTMLing would be for nothing. Just the last section that includes the set icon. I saw the front page though and I think it's better to have a link on the side navigation bar than to have to constantly (or frequently) update that one little strand of code on the front page.

- I think if it's divided up into sections like that it's a little more user friendly. Only because not necessarily everyone is working on both sets. Though some are (myself included) a majority of people just work on the one. It helps people sort things out at a glance and with words, they don't need to necessarily look at the icons. BUT if more people think the other way would be better, I'm fine with that too.
I like it, looks sweet. I've wanted a page like this for a while now, good job! Now I don't have to scan the "recent changes" page :-) FnaD 17:40, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
Does anyone mind if I use EDT when I update? :D Grace 19:34, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
